| CUSTOM MADE ITEMS |
A majority of our products are custom made, and as such require your input in order to make the product you have
ordered. On customized nameplates, this would include a minimum of the name which will be placed on the
nameplate, and the color desired. Until we receive this information from you, we will unable to begin making your
product. If a payment is received without receiving the information we need to begin making your nameplate, we will
immediately attempt to make contact with you via the email address provided. If we are unable to obtain the
information from you, we will automatically refund your payment after a 3-day period. When we receive the
information necessary to complete your item, we will ask you to resubmit payment.

item ordered is in stock, it will usually be shipped within 24 to 48 hours. If there will be a delay for any reason which will

Pricing is based on the number of hooks or conchos used on the product. All hangers using plain or Chicago screws (all plain screw heads are
covered with one or more crystals at no extra charge) AND up to 2 hooks totals $19.99 (Option 4). Add a third hook OR substitute two screws
with two conchos (Option 3) totals $24.99. Substitute all 4 screws with 4 conchos (still including 2 hooks) is Option 2 and totals $29.99. Option 1
